Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Week18 you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Week18 is

Week18 is a sports-data and analytics product: trends, situational systems you build and backtest, and a bet tracker. It is not a sportsbook, casino, or financial service, and it does not accept or place wagers. Nothing here is betting, investment, or financial advice. All figures are for informational use only, may be delayed, and past results are not a prediction of future outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older (21+ where your jurisdiction requires). It is your responsibility to ensure your use of sports-betting analytics is lawful where you live.

4. Account responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Use one account per person and provide accurate registration details.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or automate access to the service or its data.
• Share, resell, or redistribute Week18 Pro content or your account access.
• Attempt to circumvent the paywall, entitlement checks, or rate limits.

6. The Week18 Pro subscription

• Week18 Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe at the price and interval (monthly or annual) shown at checkout — the authoritative amount, with tax resolved by Stripe.
• New subscriptions from first-time subscribers include a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until it ends, and cancelling before it ends means you are never charged. If you have subscribed before, a new subscription begins billing immediately.
• Unless cancelled, the subscription auto-renews each period. Cancel any time from your account — access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Promotional / founder discount codes, where offered, are applied at checkout.

7. Community content

If you post systems, analyses, comments, or other content to a Week18 community board, you keep ownership of it but grant [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content to operate, promote, and improve the service. You are responsible for what you post and represent that you have the rights to post it and that it is lawful. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading as to betting outcomes, abusive, or that constitutes tipping or paid picks. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions and suspend accounts at our discretion. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared or retained as required by law or for backups.

8. Disclaimer & no guarantee

Week18 does not guarantee any betting outcome, profit, or win rate. Sports betting involves risk; only stake what you can afford to lose. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. If gambling is a problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]'s liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law
